Kari Wuhrer was born on April 28th the 28th of April, 1967. She is an American performer and singer. Wuhrer began her career as a teenager and is best recognized for her role as Maggie Beckett in the television show Sliders and as Sheriff Samantha Parker in the horror comedy film Eight Legged Freaks.Wuhrer was born in Brookfield, Connecticut, the daughter of Karin (nee Noble), who is a payroll manager, and German American Andrew Wuhrer, an officer in the police force and a car salesman. She has three siblings. When she was young, Wuhrer sang at nightclubs and slipped out to sing. From the Wooster school at the age of 13 and began to study drama. After that, she studied at the Tisch School of the Arts of New York University, Marymount Manhattan College located at Columbia University and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, with the renowned instructor Uta Hagen, Wuhrer studied. She was born in Brookfield on the 28th of April on the 28th of April, 1967. Her mother is a payroll accountant, and her father, a German-American, is a police officer as well as a car salesman. Kari's siblings are three. As a teenager performing in nightclubs, she was able to make a name for herself when she would sneak away and perform. Kari began studying acting when she was just 13 years old. Her next stage of study was acting at the Tisch School of the Arts located at New York University and Columbia University. Marymount Manhattan College, as well as the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and with Uta Hagen, who is a well-known teacher. Kari started acting when she was a teenager, and her first break on television was 1987's MTV's Remote Control.
